Tender Description

The City of Boroondara requires a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out the following works in accordance with the Request for Tender package.

The Works involve the improvements to the playing surface and sportsground lighting infrastructure at Ferndale Park, located at 101 Glen Iris Road, Glen Iris.

The Works include:

• bulk earthworks

• installation of new irrigation and drainage

• renewal of the synthetic cricket wicket

• installation of new sportsground training lights

• installation of cricket wicket storage cover cage

• installation of new sand profile and turf surface.

This Contract is expected to commence in September 2025 with Works to be completed by the end of March 2026
