Tender Description
Hume City Council invites tenders for major events contractors to supply services to Hume’s annual calendar of events.
Contractors include:
- Fencing
- First Aid
- Marquees and Furniture
- Risk Management and Safety
- Security
- Toilets
- Staging and production
- Electrical Services (Power, Generators and Lights)
- Traffic Management
Tenderers must submit tenders in the manner required by this Request for Tenders.
One tenderer will be selected as a Preferred Supplier in each of the above categories. Council may also choose to nominate one or more Secondary Suppliers in some or all categories. Secondary Suppliers may be contacted in the event that the Preferred Supplier is unavailable or cannot provide a suitable service to meet the requirements for the specific event.
