Council invites companies to download RFT documentation and submit a tender for the above mentioned contract.

All tender questions must be raised via the online forum.
Kingston City Council (Council) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the Follett Road Reserve, Cheltenham Playground Upgrade.
The scope of works for this contract includes the following, including but not limited to:
- demolition of existing swing set,
- park furniture,
- drinking fountain,
- drainage pit,
- fencing and gates,
- granitic sand path, shrubs,
- installation of new playground equipment,
- softfall mulch and rubber softfall with design,
- sculptural play elements,
- boulder with carved bowl/carved boulder,
- custom picnic setting,
- new fencing with pedestrian and maintenance gates,
- drinking fountain with overflow swale,
- stencilling,
- concrete pavement,
- drainage infrastructure,
- park furniture,
- signage,
- rocks,
- square timber log seating,
- steel edging,
- trees and garden bed planting,
- fencing to garden bed areas,
- 13 weeks maintenance period.
