Overview
Bayside City Council invites tender submissions from specialist irrigation and sportsfield construction contractors with demonstrated experience in sportsground and irrigation infrastructure to undertake the construction of a major irrigation upgrade at Dendy Park Lower Grounds.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Constructing and delivering the irrigation upgrade at Dendy Park Lower Grounds in accordance with the Council's objectives
Contractor Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in sportsground and irrigation infrastructure construction
Contract Terms and Conditions
- The requirements set out in the tender document must be read in conjunction with the requirements set out elsewhere in the Contract
- Unless expressly stated otherwise, all costs arising from or in connection with the Work under the Contract referred to in the document are included in the Contract Sum
- A copy of the Principal Project Requirements must be given to subcontractors and suppliers, and no variations will be granted for disregarding this requirement
