Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Cardinia Shire Council invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit a tender for the Pakenham Regional Tennis Centre – Court Lighting renewal.

The tender package includes electrical and lighting works, including installation of Council-supplied poles and luminaires, new underground reticulation, switchboard modifications, DALI lighting controls, integration with the Book-A-Court system, and all testing and commissioning requirements.

Tenderers are requested to review the documentation carefully and provide:

  • A proposed construction program demonstrating capacity to commence promptly
  • A project methodology addressing protection of existing courts, fencing and infrastructure
  • All required certifications, shop drawings and compliance documentation
  • Pricing in accordance with the schedules provided
