Airservices is a government-owned organisation. We provide safe, secure, efficient and environmentally responsible service to the aviation industry.
Airservices have two major operating centres in Melbourne and Brisbane and a corporate office in Canberra and operate 29 air traffic control towers at international and regional airports. Aviation firefighting and rescue services are also provided at 26 Australian airports.
The organisation is committed to continuously improving business practice by embedding new ways of working and investing in technology solutions to optimise our operation.
Staff currently work in different locations, groups, and shifts. Business units including Air Traffic Controller (ATC), Air Rescue Fire Fighting Services (ARFFS) and Support Services are currently using the existing rostering system to manage its workforce.
Airservices is currently scanning the market to identify an efficient and cost effective rostering solution to replace or complement the existing rostering solution.
