Taxi Transport Subsidy Scheme (TTSS) Gen 3 Driver Application Development & Support TTSS Gen 3 solution requires a mobile application to enable drivers to track and manage customer trips and journeys
Project goals
The Taxi Transport Subsidy Scheme (TTSS) Gen 3 Procurement is aimed to identify viable, flexible and technology-agnostic solutions that improve customer experience, payment processes, data management/reporting and fraud reduction.
Scope
The TTSS Gen 3 solution requires a mobile app (the “TfNSW driver app”) to enable drivers to track and manage concession passenger trips / journeys (M40 / M50).
The TfNSW driver app is to be used primarily by drivers that are not using existing in vehicle infrastructure to track and manage trip information and calculate trip subsidies against manually entered trip fare costs.
Transport for NSW requires a supplier to develop the TfNSW driver app and then deliver the product to the Customer.
