Overview
The Sydney Opera House Trust (SOHT) is seeking responses from suitably experienced, competent and skilled organisations to provide a Software as a Service (SaaS) board management solution.
About
SOHT currently uses a secure, internet-based portal for accessing board, board committee, executive and other group papers and materials. The portal currently supports eight groups, eight administrators and 35 internal and external users, each with tailored security access to groups and documents. All data is hosted in New South Wales, Australia.
All new administrators and users receive training in the use of the service. Administrators can upload, view, print and publish group materials through a web browser or software application. Documents may also be linked to portal workbooks and external web resources. Users can view and print documents via a web browser or software, with both online and offline access available. Administrators and users have access to a 24/7/365 customer service help centre.
