Tender Description
The Public Trustee is seeking a supplier of Trust and Corporate Accounting software-as-a-service (SaaS), with associated implementation and ongoing support services.
CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
1. Submission of the Tender by the closing date and in accordance with all other lodgement instructions.
2. Provision of all the information requested in the RFT.
3. Tender submitted under the cover of the Tender Form provided in Attachment 4 of the RFT.
4. Provision of all the following information:
- Provision of a high-level work break down structure highlighting key resources and tasks to achieve the outcomes required.
- Provision of curricula vitae for key personnel nominated by the Tenderer for the delivery of the project.
- Nomination of two reference customers and contacts for referee checks.
- Provision of suitable evidence to demonstrate financial viability (may be website links to publicly disclosed audit financial statements)
- Provision of current certificates of currency for required insurances.
- Provision of current ISO27001 certification
- Provision of current SOC 2 Type II report or attestation.
5. Provision of confirmation of Australian data sovereignty:
- Cloud environments wholly residing within Australia
- Data remaining wholly within Australian jurisdictions
- Maintaining Australian-based offices for support services.
6. Comply with relevant privacy legislation and Tasmanian Government ICT security standards.
7. Agree to participate in an assessment process to assess risk, privacy impact and security controls during the negotiation process, noting that this may result in additional contractual provisions to ensure alignment with required risk, security and privacy outcomes.
8. Participation in a live demonstration of the core solution proposed, at a mutually agreed time.
