Tender Description
The Australian Grand Prix Corporation is seeking tenders for cleaning and waste disposal services for the 2019-2021 Australian Formula 1® Grands Prix at Albert Park Lake Grand Prix Circuit Melbourne.
The Contractor will provide cleaning and waste disposal services throughout the lead-up, during and post Event for the 2019-2021 Events (with further options to extend the agreement at AGPC’s discretion).
* The Contractor will be responsible for the supply of all labour, materials and equipment necessary to carry out the Scope.
* The Contractor will provide cleaning and waste removal services:
a. for all contractors’ facilities, amenities and areas during the construction and dismantle phases and during the Event;
b. in preparation of the circuit for the Event;
c. continuously for the public catering and general admission areas and toilets during the Event and immediately after the Event;
d. continuously for the Formula 1 and Support Paddocks, and Corporate areas;
e. continuously for all on-site offices including the Australian Grand Prix Corporation, international media, ticketing, security and medical support offices;
f. overnight and on call for all corporate facilities, platforms, grandstands, pathways and the Formula 1 Paddock during the Event Period;
g. for VIP hospitality and event activations as instructed by AGPC on a year by year basis;
h. to return all facilities and general areas to their original state within the Occupation schedule and within dates as provided by AGPC;
i. the provision of compactors and bulk waste bins;
j. the provision of various sized bins for all general admission and corporate area;
k. the provision of water to un-serviced portable toilets;
