Overview
Triple Zero Victoria (TZV) is seeking a supplier for cleaning services at all TZV State Emergency Communications Centre locations.
About
The core services have been developed by the organisation with the intent to provide all TZV employees with a hygienic workplace. TZV understands the importance of a clean workplace and the relationship between this and the health and safety of their staff, and the direct impact this can have on the continuity of service.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Day-to-day cleaning services at all TZV State Emergency Communications Centre locations
- Disinfection and waste disposal at all locations
- Daily cleaning of touchpoint areas, vacuuming, mopping, sanitising, dusting and waste removal across all areas at TZV's three State Emergency Communications Centres (SECCs): Tally Ho (THO) in Burwood East, Williams Landing (WIL) and Ballarat (BAL)
- Core cleaning services conducted in line with the frequency and locations outlined in the specification document, including general and specific building areas, and a mixture of regular tasks (daily, weekly and fortnightly) and less frequent tasks (monthly, twice yearly and annual)
- Emergency unplanned cleaning
- Touch point cleaning
- Infectious cleaning
