Barwon Water (Barwon Region Water Corporation) is intending to release an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the procurement of an Engineering Services Provider (ESP).
Barwon Water delivers an extensive capital works program and is currently finalising its forward pipeline as part of its 2028–2033 Capital Expenditure (PS28) program. As it transitions to its next stage of delivery, it intends to engage an ESP as the primary provider of engineering design services for PS28 and beyond.
