Horsham Rural City Council (Council) seeks a suitably qualified Consultant to assist Council and its Horsham Bypass Planning Community Reference Group (CRG) in the identification of a preferred route or corridor for a Bypass of Horsham of the Western, Wimmera and Henty Highways.
The role of the Consultant in this project will be to facilitate the evaluation process conducted by the CRG, using the criteria and weightings established based on community submissions, to prepare a report which presents the evaluation of a range of Bypass route alignment options.
