Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit tenders for the provision of comprehensive cleaning services across Council facilities. This contract will be for an initial period of three years commencing on August 1, 2026, with an option of two further years, and aims to ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation. The successful contractor will be responsible for delivering reliable, efficient, and cost-effective cleaning solutions that support the Council’s commitment to maintaining safe, welcoming, and well-managed public spaces.
A compulsory pretender briefing and site inspections will be held on April 22.
