This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Banana Shire Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced builder to undertake renovation works at the Theodore RSL Hall. The successful contractor must demonstrate relevant experience, hold appropriate licences, and have the capacity to deliver the project to Council standards.
The works include upgrading the facility to provide disability-compliant amenities in accordance with Australian Standard AS 1428 for access and mobility.
