Overview
Rockhampton Regional Council is seeking a suitably qualified builder to undertake the construction and redevelopment of the existing control room facilities at the North Rockhampton Sewage Treatment Plant.
Purpose
The purpose of this tender is to define the technical requirements for the appointment of a suitably qualified builder to undertake the construction and redevelopment of the existing control room facilities, as part of the upgrade to the North Rockhampton Sewage Treatment Plant.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Enhancement of the office amenities building to meet updated operational requirements
- Delivery of key deliverables, reporting obligations, project milestones, and required time frames as set out in the tender documents
Contractor Requirements
- Extensive experience in delivering similar construction and infrastructure projects, particularly within regional environments
Site Inspection
A single joint site inspection will be held for this opportunity.
