Design and Installation of new Access Control and Intrusion Alarm Systems at the Horsham Town Hall

Horsham Rural City Council invites suitably qualified contractors to submit a quotation for the design and installation of a new Access Control and Intrusion Alarm System at the Horsham Performing Arts Centre and Art Gallery – 71 Pynsent Street Horsham.

The current access control infrastructure was installed in 2017 and is based on Tecom Challenger 4-door controllers, using Presco keypad hardware and Salto locking systems. Multiple expansions have been added over time, and parts of the system have since been replaced with ICT Protégé due to the obsolescence of the original equipment.

The floor plan of the existing access control system, including zoning and wiring, will be provided upon request. The number of existing keypads and readers is included in the attached document.

Please provide a breakdown of costs for the controller system, hardware, annual door register subscription, and expansion modules for future Phase 2 access control for the additional doors.

A site visit has been arranged for this project, however it is not mandatory to attend and you may still sumbit a quote if you are unable to attend.
