This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The procurement aims to develop a first pass business case outlining the functional requirements and an expected cost to replace the current SAP ECC6 platform with a new platform. This information will inform a second pass business case and a New Policy Proposal which will be presented to Government to establish a funding source for the replacement of the current ECC6 ERP. The initial requirement is a finalised and approved first pass business case presented to Government at budget 2026-27.
The second requirement will be the completion of the second pass business case to be presented to Government in the budget cycle 2027-28.
