Requirements
The Department of Finance is seeking suitably qualified suppliers to provide independent assurance review services for an ICT Program Business Case.
The RFQ aims to engage supplier(s) to assess the robustness, completeness and defensibility of both the financial model and the solution architecture, and their alignment with the overall business case and relevant government requirements.
Suppliers may respond to one or both of the following streams:
- Financial assurance: Review of cost models, funding profiles, assumptions, and value for money considerations
- Architecture assurance: Review of solution, target and transition architecture, including alignment with Commonwealth standards, security, and scalability requirements
Across both streams, suppliers will also be required to:
- Assess consistency between financials, architecture and the broader business case
- Identify risks, gaps and remediation actions
- Provide an overall view of business case readiness for Department of Finance consideration
