Requirements
The purpose of this engagement is to establish a Commercial Management and Advisory Partner to provide independent, expert advisory and embedded program support to:
- design and execute procurement strategies
- support end‑to‑end procurement processes for the major ATO program including solutions, Implementation partners (system integrators) and related procurements
- strengthen commercial, financial and software‑specific decision‑making capability
The Commercial Management and Advisory Partner are expected to deliver integrated commercial advisory services that directly enable timely, informed and defensible decision‑making across major program procurements. The Partner is expected to augment ATO capability and capacity.
