This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
**NB: The maximum number of Sellers this RFQ is being released to has been reached. This RFQ will not be extended to additional Sellers.**
The Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet is seeking partnerships with provision of penetration testing and independent IRAP assessment services.
Engagement kick-off is expected no later than 30 August 2026.
The Department will engage multiple suppliers to leverage resources as required in line with ICT delivery demands. This may result in 1 or more contractual arrangements with multiple suppliers. All resources will be integrated into hybrid teams of APS staff and contractors and engaged on a time and materials basis. Requests and selection of specified personnel is at the Department's discretion. There is no minimum guarantee of work under these arrangements. This will allow for the timely onboarding of resources with specialist technical knowledge and skills to ensure ICT outcomes are delivered on time.
The Department will select personnel at its discretion. Adhoc email requests for CVs will be made to fill specific roles, formalised through contract change orders to add the details of the specified personnel upon the Department's approval and selection of the successful candidate.
