Tender Description
Specialist support for creating, enhancing, and maintaining Crystal Reports from Byte to ensure accurate, timely, and purpose-fit reporting for operational and strategic needs.
Project goals
The primary goal is to maintain uninterrupted reporting functionality during the transition to the new regulatory system. This involves maintaining existing Crystal Reports, developing new ones as needed, and maintaining a report register. These efforts will ensure service continuity, meet evolving business needs, and align reporting outputs with future system requirements.
Scope
Crystal Report Development Services will be delivered approximately two days per week (seven hours per day) by the same dedicated professional, committed to the engagement from 1 December 2025 for an initial term of one year. Subject to performance review, there will be an option to extend the engagement for an additional year at one day per week, followed by a further one-year extension at one day per week, concluding on 30 November 2028. Services will be provided in line with agile delivery practices and in coordination with the business systems team. Specific tasks include:
- Modification of existing Crystal Reports
- Development of new ad hoc Crystal Reports
- Testing and collaboration with users for validation
- Participation in sprint rituals and planning sessions
- Contribution to refinement of reporting requirements
- Ongoing maintenance of the report register
