Balranald Shire Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced provider to deliver Managed IT Services across all Council sites. The successful tenderer will be responsible for providing responsive helpdesk and end-user support, proactive management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, implementation of essential cybersecurity services, and ensuring strong IT governance. Council is looking for a proactive, reliable, and capable partner to support its technology environment in line with the detailed service requirements outlined in the Request for Tender.
