This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
1. Support Plan & Hosting QA Server and Maintenance
- small updates, changes to the site, maintenance tasks and other similar tasks
- background maintenance, such as check logs, security, reviewing incident reports, performance, back-ups, patch check
- staging environment maintenance, accessibility and back-up, with all the latest updates and patches for Server’s operations system
- issue management, including timely responses to issues, changes and queries
2. Hosting / Additional Services - Web application Monitoring
- Website availability monitoring
- Web application monitoring
- Email reports
- SMS alerts for up to 2 contacts in the company
- SMS alert when site is down
- Email alert when site is down and when site is recovered
- Monthly summary report
- Track up to 10 site pages.
- 5-minute monitoring intervals are tracked.
