Tender Description

Council invites suitably qualified tenderers to undertake the construction and redevelopment of Pearcedale Recreation Reserve. This has been identified as an appropriate place to include a new playground and upgraded skate park.

The new playground will include a diverse range of play equipment catering for children of all abilities. The existing street skate area will be replaced with a larger space with a range of jumps and challenges, and the existing skate bowl will be repaired as necessary.

The works will also include the inclusion of a new path network providing connections externally as well as within the space, community facilities, including seating, shelter, barbecue facilities, drinking fountain, new fencing and landscaping.
