The City of Casey invites suitable tenderers to complete the works of an Oval Reconstruction at Edwin Flack Reserve.
The project will address existing issues with drainage, irrigation, and surface condition by delivering a complete, ready-to-use playing field.
Works include removal of the existing oval, earthworks, installation of new drainage and irrigation systems, new turf, and construction of associated infrastructure such as cricket facilities, paths, fencing, and equipment, along with testing, commissioning, and turf establishment.
The contractor will be responsible for all labour, materials, and delivery in accordance with Council standards within the specified timeframe.
This project aims to provide a safe, high-quality and reliable sporting facility for the community while reducing ongoing maintenance for Council. It forms part of Council's broader program to upgrade sporting infrastructure and excludes long-term maintenance beyond the defects period.
