Tender Description
The City of Casey invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the proposed construction of the Casey Fields Rectangular Stadium. This EOI process is being conducted to assess the capability, capacity and relevant experience of potential suppliers.
The information provided may be used to identify a shortlist of respondents that may be invited to participate in a subsequent Request for Tender (RFT) process. The City of Casey makes no representation or guarantee that this EOI will result in a shortlist, invitation to tender, or the commencement of any procurement process.
The Casey Fields Rectangular Stadium project includes:
- Preliminaries
- Earthworks and Surface Preparation
- Service Installation
- Drainage Works
- Irrigation Works
- Retaining Walls and Viewing Mounds
- Electrical and Sports Lighting Infrastructure
- Sports Field Construction
- Access Links, Footpaths and Associated Civil Works
- Protection of Existing Infrastructure
- General and Practical Completion Requirements
