Tender Description
Monash City Council (Council) invites Tenders in response to this Request for Tender for the sportsground construction at Gardiners Reserve Pitch 3 & drainage upgrade at Larpent.
The works include full sportsground reconstruction of Gardiners Reserve Pitch 3 located at 26 – 38 Sixth Avenue, Burwood 3125, and sportsground drainage upgrade project at Larpent Reserve located at 7 – 11 Lindwall Street, Glen Waverley 3150.
Full project specifications are included in the tender documents.
The intended period of the contract is as per Contract Annexures.
Suppliers must tender for both Part 1 and 2. Council may award both parts separately to different suppliers or jointly to one supplier.
