Defence Housing Australia (DHA) is seeking to engage consultancy services for the development of a comprehensive Transformation Strategy. This initiative is driven by the need to align organisational capabilities, processes, and culture with evolving strategic priorities and service delivery expectations.

The transformation effort will focus on defining the scope of required change activities that support the Digital DHA program, including the development of a stakeholder map and register, transformation principles, and a capability framework. These elements will underpin a structured approach to change, ensuring that the organisation is equipped to deliver improved outcomes through enhanced operational efficiency, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications.

Requirements include:
