Migration to Microsoft Teams Calling
The Australian War Memorial (the Memorial) seeks to migrate from our current Avaya based telephony system to Microsoft Teams Calling. This will include the procurement of a cloud‑hosted Session Border Controller (SBC) service to facilitate the transition from the current state to the new environment. The SBC service must provide a secure, scalable, resilient, and compliant solution for call routing, number management, and integration with Microsoft Teams.
This procurement supports the broader modernisation of the organisation’s unified communications environment and aligns with whole‑of‑government cloud, cyber security, and protective security requirements.
