The City of Greater Dandenong (“Council”) is seeking a suitably qualified Consulting Building Surveyor (“CBS”) for planned works at the Dandenong Market. This is the Expression of Interest (EOI) phase for the procurement.

The purpose of this EOI is to:

• Discuss the project with CBS consultants who are interested in tendering for the works;
• Understand the scope of services required achieve the project objectives;
• Revise the project scope to ensure the required deliverables are captured in the contract documentation; and
• Discuss contract terms which allow engagements to occur as both lump sum and capped hourly rates proposals.
