Melbourne Polytechnic is working to deliver the Future of Housing Construction Centre of Excellence, a national initiative to help address Australia’s housing challenges by accelerating the construction industry’s adoption of modern methods of construction.
Melbourne Polytechnic seeks to gain a more detailed understanding of the supply market and range of solutions that may be available.
This Invitation seeks to obtain Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers interested in tendering for the design and construction of the Centre of Excellence: Modern Methods of Construction at Melbourne Polytechnic’s Heidelberg Campus (the Project) which will include:
a. Design Services a part of the Early Contractor Involvement Phase (ECI), including Functional Brief input, leading of the ECI, Building Design and Compliance and Engineering for the Project; and
b. Construction Services including permits and planning, demolition, site remediation and construction for the Project.
