Tender Description
Council invites companies to download RFT documentation and submit a tender for the above mentioned contract.
Please ensure tender submissions are submitted before the tender close date and time.
Late tender submissions will not be accepted.
The scope of works in this contract includes the following.
- Demolition of existing building elements on L1 at 1230 Nepean Highway as per supplied demolition plan (refer appendices)
- Refurbishment of L1 as per the documentation provided in the appendices of this tender
Please also note that there is a Mandatory site visit for this Project, which can be attend on following dates.
Monday 28th October 11am-12.30pm or
Tuesday 29th October 11am-12.30 pm.
Tenderer is to advise Council when they will be attending the site visit by emailing contracts@kingston.vic.gov.au
