Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠ Merri-bek City Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors to undertake Construction of a new building extension and associated external works as specified to the De Chene Reserve Pavilion at De Chene Reserve, 193 Urquhart Street Coburg 3058.

It is a MUST attend (Mandatory) for Council to deem your tender offer as compliant tender response. Respondent failing to attend the Site Inspection and submit an offer will have their bid deemed as non-conforming and it will not be assessed by the tender evaluation panel.
