Overview
Manningham City Council is seeking a suitable contractor to construct a new sporting pavilion at Wonga Park Netball Court as part of the Wonga Park Reserve Netball Facility Redevelopment Stage 2.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Construction of a new sporting pavilion of 90m2 at Wonga Park Netball Court
- Construction of a new changing room within the pavilion
- Construction of new toilets within the pavilion
Works must be carried out in accordance with the construction plans referred to in the tender documentation.
