Mansfield Shire Council is seeking to engage the services of an experienced and qualified contractor to construct a spray seal shared path in Kidston Parade, Mansfield.
A new sealed shared path is being planned for construction, spanning from Links Road near Maroondah Highway up to the existing spray-sealed shared path at Kidston Parade on the east side. This development aims to provide a safe and spacious route for cyclists and walkers, ensuring ample room for passing.
The majority of the route currently lacks an existing path and will necessitate new construction. A segment of the current path is planned for reconstruction and widening. Additionally, a sealed section of the shared path will crossed to vehicle crossings at several points.
