Tender Description

This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

⁠⁠⁠The proposed approach for extending the foundation MyGRDC (G&A) Portal design to include Researchers requirements is to conduct workshops over the next two months with GRDC staff/SMEs, and selected researchers.

The supplier (sought here) will facilitate these workshops, document requirements (i.e. epics, user stories & wireframes) and provide technical know-how (solution architecture) to help GRDC Digital/IT teams create a product which will supplement the foundation

Portal for required, customised and effective Researcher digital stakeholder engagement.

OUTPUTS

This procurement is to deliver the Researchers design thinking with a focus on the MyGRDC portal and associated stakeholder centric requirements as the delivery channel for the solution.

The expected outputs are:

• A detailed Product Roadmap for Researcher engagement with GRDC (potentially delivered via MyGRDC) for the next 2 years, including:

a. Scoping a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and future backlog

b. Defining success metrics

2. Sprint workshops to gather requirements to include:

a. 2x half day workshops for GRDC staff;

b. 4-6 x 2hr researcher workshops (leverage GRDC Investment Managers);

c. 4 x 1hr playback to GRDC staff of wireframes & user stories (& Researchers involved from GRDC Investment Managers)

3. User Journey/Wireframes

a. Creating a User journey and Wireframes for Researchers across the whole engagement cycle with GRDC

b. Data flow diagram

c. User stories

4. Design:

a. Leverage GRDC’s brand style guide and add to GRDC’s Design System (Figma)

b. UX design for 2 main user journeys
