A Tender Briefing will be held on Tuesday 16th April 2024 at 11:00am to 12:00pm. The briefing will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams with a meeting link to be provided closer to the date.

The City of Kingston is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the Provision of Reactive and Preventative Maintenance Services for HVAC Systems. The City of Kingston has a number of buildings across the municipality that contain mechanical plant and equipment, which are required to be maintained as per regulations, standards and statutory requirements.
