Tender Description
The purpose of this Contract is for Council to contract a panel of suitably qualified, licensed, and registered HVAC Mechanical Contractors to undertake HVAC Mechanical Maintenance and Reactive services for the City of Whitehorse buildings and facilities. The Council requires the Contractor(s) to deliver a comprehensive range of mechanical services across its key assets, including main administrative buildings, facility centers, Aqualink, sports and leisure centres, and community centres throughout the municipality.
Contractor(s) will provide supervision, materials and labour, equipment and services and perform operations necessary to complete the contract on an as need basis and as instructed and include the following but not limited to:
- Ducted air conditioning systems
- VRF Systems - Chillers
- Split air conditioning systems
- Packaged air conditioning systems
- Evaporative Coolers - Space and ducted heating
- Heating Hot Water Boilers (Aqualink)
- Exhaust fans - Kitchen Exhaust Canopies
- Building Management Systems
- Humidifiers Works are classified into 4 groups:
- Programmed Maintenance
- Reactive Maintenance
- Quoted Works (Capital programmed works, new works and upgrade works).
- Gas to Electrification projects
