This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Defence Education Learning and Training Authority, Australian Defence College (ADC) are seeking a qualified vendor to assist us in developing an 'ADC Professional Development Continuum’ specifically for the range of learning practitioners at the ADC. This project will involve reviewing what professionalisation already exists across Defence and within ADC for learning practitioners, and consideration of alignment to current professional development continuums within Defence.
The project outcomes will demonstrate a professional development approach for all learning practitioners across ADC and will have the potential to be an exemplar for adoption across Defence.
