Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Provision support for Business Applications Migration Program and other ICT Establishment Support activities.
The services required for the Migration will include:
Support for the Migration of 8 DISR Business Applications including:
- Discovery work for each application which will include consultation with Business and ICT Stakeholders and document:
- The application scope and business requirements
- Technical design and support arrangements
- Critical business peak working periods
- Stocktake of any supporting software
- Technical dependencies, risks, issues and constraints
- Roles and responsibilities
Support the prioritization of business applications for migration including:
- Develop and agree prioritization criteria
- Provide advice on migration prioritization based on Discovery
- Document and validate the outcomes of the prioritsation with stakeholders
Complete planning activities to support the application migration implementation including supporting and as required preparing relevant documentation that may include:
- Requests for Digital Investment/Request for Service
- Migration readiness checklist
- Project management plan
- Risk, issue and decision register
- Migration contingency plan
The services required for Establishment Support activities will include:
- Defining Team roles, structures and service offerings
- Establishing key supporting artefacts in accordance with DCCEEW’s data governance framework
- Ensuring the Team integrates with the Digital Connect Program target state model and data requirements
- Defining future state resourcing requirements
- Establishing supporting data management process and tool
Note: Establishment support services will be an option that the buyer may choose to utilize if required.
