Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for the Prahran Town Hall Roof Remedial Works.

These services include the removal of the existing and replacement of roofing material as well as undertaking some internal remedial works.

Recommended Briefing: Suppliers are recommended to attend this briefing in order to make a submission. The inspection will take place on 07 December 2023 at 8 am. Suppliers are to meet at the corner of Greville St and Chapel St (outside the Prahran Townhall).

NOTE: The online forum closes five business days prior to the abovementioned tender closing date. Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any Tender, or part thereof. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
