⁠⁠⁠Georges River Council is seeking EOI’s from eligible community groups to enter into a property Licence agreement for a community facility located at Pole Depot, Part 23, St Georges Road, Penshurst.

​Council is offering a non-exclusive property Licence for up to a 3 (three) year period with an option of an additional 2 (two) year renewal period.

A site visit will be available on Monday 27 November 2023 at 10.00am to EOI applicants, by booking through the online forum.

Land: Pole Depot, Part 23 Georges Road, Penshurst and described as part Lot 101 DP 586060.

Contract Number: E23/003.

Community Facility: Community Facility Pole Depot, Part 23 Georges Road, Penshurst.

Site Inspection: 10:00am, Monday 27 November 2023.
