About the opportunity
We are seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from organisations, community groups, training providers or individuals who provide services to the community to lease Green Point Community Centre, Building A. Proposals are sought from organisations with a primary focus on addressing the evolving needs of the local community by activating the site through community uses. The EOI application period is open until 25 June 2026.

- Green Point Community Centre, Building A
- 96 Koolang Road, Green Point
Features:
- Community facility with two cool rooms and two office spaces (previously used as a Meals on Wheels distribution site).
What we are looking for
Organisations, community groups, training providers or individuals who provide services to the community.
Proposals are sought from organisations with a primary focus on addressing the evolving needs of the local community by activating the site through community uses.
Who can apply
Eligible:
- not-for-profit organisations
- commercial (for profit) organisations
- community groups
- individual practitioners/private users.
