Frenchs Forest Town Centre - 135 Frenchs Forest Road W, Frenchs Forest
Project goals
The Project Objectives are to:
- create a revitalised mixed use town centre incorporating commercial, retail, education and community facilities;
- deliver a minimum of 1,000 dwellings incorporating a diverse range of dwelling types and typologies;
- deliver at least 15% Affordable Housing (however the delivery of higher levels of Affordable Housing up to 100% will be considered); and
- Deliver 1.5ha of open space.

JLL has been engaged by the NSW Government to assist with the project and is acting as the contact for this ROI.
Due to the preliminary nature if the ROI, no contracts shall be awarded as a result of the opportunity. Respondents who register their interest in the Property may be invited to participate in a Further Stage. However, PDNSW does not in any way warrant or guarantee that any Further Stage will be released in response to this ROI.
