Call for Occupant Expressions of Interest

⁠⁠⁠Bradfield Development Authority (BDA) is offering an exciting opportunity to participate in the development of a pioneering enterprise precinct in the heart of Bradfield City.

Project goals

This is a Call for Occupant Expressions of Interest (EOI). It invites organisations interested in locating within Bradfield City’s Enterprise Precinct, as either an owner occupier or tenant, to register their interest ahead of a future market process to appoint a master developer for the site.

Expressions of Interest are invited from businesses and other organisations interested in occupancy within the Enterprise Precinct that demonstrate:

• Commitment to contributing to the vision of an innovation-driven Enterprise Precinct.
• Industrial or operational activities that contribute to advanced technologies, research, collaboration or knowledge sharing in the Precinct. In particular, activities in advanced industries such as aerospace, clean technology, construction & advanced materials, defence, education & research, freight & logistics technologies, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor technology or circular economy, or other activities that support the Precinct’s growth and economic development goals.
• An interest or willingness to be part of a thriving sustainable Enterprise Precinct by collaborating with other entities that locate here and seek to leverage proximity to the NSW Government’s $300M investment in the Advanced Manufacturing Readiness Facility (AMRF).

Interested parties may submit an Expression of Interest by completing the Returnable Schedule at Part E and lodging an EOI Response electronically via the Lodgement Portal (reference: BDA001283).
