Following a review of the anticipated project timeframe, Oatley RSL Sub-Branch Limited has decided to withdraw the current tender process.
The Sub-Branch considers that conducting the procurement closer to the anticipated delivery period will provide greater certainty around requirements and enable prospective tenderers to prepare more meaningful, current and competitive submissions.
The requirement may be re-tendered at an appropriate time in the future. We thank all interested parties for their time and interest in the opportunity.
Future Opportunity Summary
This opportunity related to the future lease and operation of the Oatley RSL Sub-Branch property at 23 Letitia Street, Oatley NSW, with the current lease arrangements extending to 2031.
