Overview
Liverpool City Council is inviting expressions of interest from stallholders who would like to trade at the Starry Sari event, to be held in November 2026. The event welcomes stallholders relative to the cultural regions of South Asia, and local businesses are encouraged to apply.
Eligibility
- Vendors must be available to trade for the full day (Sunday). Acceptance is a commitment to trading for the entire day
- Vendors should have a focus on social media outreach and a unique offering that is experience focused
- Vendors must provide detailed information on their service and power requirements to ensure appropriate infrastructure and floorplan allocations are considered
- Stallholders must be culturally relevant to the event theme
