About the opportunity
We currently have two large and one medium-sized modern office spaces available at Hamlyn Terrace Community Centre and are inviting expressions of interest (EOI) from community organisations and commercial operators to occupy the spaces through a hire agreement. The EOI application period is open until 25 June 2026.

- 80 Minnesota Road
- Hamlyn Terrace NSW 2259
Features:
- The space available consists of two (2) large and one (1) medium sized office spaces within the Centre.
- Hamlyn Terrace Community Centre is a multi-purpose facility with an activity room, and a meeting room available for separately casual hire. It is located at Hamlyn Terrace Sports Complex.
- Electricity, water, and waste charges costs are covered by Central Coast Council.
What we are looking for
Organisations, community groups, training providers or individuals who provide services to the community.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong commitment to addressing the evolving needs of the local community and activating the site through community uses.
