The successful tenderer will have the opportunity to enter into a lease of the Premises with the Council for seven (7) years and an option to renew the Lease for an additional five (5) years.
The Premises will be leased unfurnished and "as is". Council will welcome and give favourable consideration to any innovative proposal in relation to upgrading and refurbishment works.
A mandatory Pre-tender meeting will be held on site at 11 am Thursday 30 November 2023.
